This CLE will be offered to all members of the Bar for $10

Gayle Larkin and Stan Hazlett will present an Update from The Disciplinary Administrator’s Office.   This will include new rules adopted and proposed rules.  This presentation will also include common mistakes and challenges that they see attorneys facing.

Jack McInteer will present Memoirs of an Ethics Investigator.  Mr. McInteer will present on actual cases on which he worked as an ethics investigator or disciplinary panel member and use those cases to illustrate the ethics rules involved.  The cases Jack has worked on have involved dishonesty, drugs, alcohol, suicide, prostitution, murder, mental issues, sex, lies, vindictiveness, and may other human failings all of which involve legal ethics.
